Why are my order cancelled?
After your order have been placed, you have to do the payment for maximum 1 x 24 hour. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.
Can I add an item to my order after I submit my order?
Unfortunately you can’t. You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.
Can I cancel my order?
You can not cancel your order after payment.
Do I need to sign up an account to order?
No, you can only be a guest to order our products. Signing up an account will make you shop easier. Because we will record your info and address, you do not have to fill in your info again because we have saved them in our system. You can also track your order if you sign up an account.
Do you have size in your clothes?
All items are free size (except there is some information includes the size selection). So please do read the description before you purchase.
What do I do if I have received the package but there is problem with the product?
Please read our return and exchange policy or alternatively you can contact us.
What do I have to do if I’ve completed my payment but haven’t received the package after over the estimated delivery time?
Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven’t confirmed until the time limit, then your order will be canceled
